  (ii) In case of a Firm/Co.
  Copy of Partnership Deed (in case of partnership firm)
  Copy of Income Tax Return and Statement of Total Income
  Firm’s Last 3 Years’ Trading A/C, Profit & Loss A/C and Balance Sheet
• (5) If maintaining account with other bank then copy of bank statement and details of loan availed, if any
• (6) Bank approved engineers plan for house construction and break-up wise valuation report.
• (7) Copy of recent city surveyor’s certificate / 7/12 copy and Society certificate given showing ownership of house (as per banking format).
• (8) If the house is within a society, copy of Society’s Registration Certificate and Copy of NOC obtained by the society.
• (9) Copy of permission to construct house from the concerned authority
• (10) Receipt of current year’s tax payment of house property
